Refund policy

At ByLibby, every product is made or personalized especially for you — with the name, text or design you chose. Because of the personal nature of our products, our refund policy differs from that of a regular store.

Cancellation before production
You may cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as production has not yet started. After that, we cannot cancel the order.

Personalized items — non-returnable
Cups, bottles, notebooks, pouches and any item made with your text cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, a spelling you approved, or a color you selected. Please double-check your text on the product page before checkout.

When we will make it right
Email bylibby.contact@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order if:
the item arrived defective or damaged;
you received the wrong product or color;
the printed text does not match the text submitted with your order.
Please include photos of the item and the packaging, your order number, and the text you entered. We will reprint, replace or refund.

Return address
Please do not send anything before hearing back from us. Once your request is approved, we will send you the return address details.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Bank processing may take additional time.
